Paul Creedon - Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor of Social Work (UniSA)
Career: Paul has more than 25 years of experience in Social Work and Management in Disability Services, he has a long history of leading growth and change in both the not-for-profit and public sectors. This experience ensures that Paul’s focus is on the needs of the people MDA serves and represents and equipping MDA to increase its service and research capacity into the future. This experience is essential at this time as MDA seeks to develop and grow both its services and income base.
Paul’s role at MDA is very much about leading change to ensure that MDA doesn’t just survive, but that it prospers into the future, and he believes he is fortunate to be supported by a capable and dedicated staff team who are committed to this long term change process.
Nicola Norman - Client Services Manager
Qualifications: Diploma of Applied Science Developmental Disabilities (Sturt College of Advanced Education - now Flinders University), Graduate Diploma Parent Education and Health Counselling
Career: Nicola has over twenty years experience working with people with disabilities in supported employment, remote Australia and for the last fourteen years with MDA. This experience is utilised to ensure that in her role as Client Services Manager, the services and supports provided to people with neuromuscular disorders, their families and carers are relevant and effective both now and in the current climate of change.
