The Muscular Dystrophy Association of South Australia was established in 1954 and was the first Muscular Dystrophy established in Australia to assist people with Muscular Dystrophy and Neuromuscular conditions.
MDSA is a not for profit charity which has a mission to
” enable individuals, families and carers affected by Neuromuscular disorders to have as full and active
life as possible”

The Association is Incorporated under the Association Incorporation Act as “Muscular Dystrophy Association”
